Investor Services Officer - 50 %


A unique evolutive opportunity for an enthusiastic person looking to develop a career in an Asset Management Company based in Geneva. As member of the Client Services & Communication Team, the evolving role will primary focus on taking responsibility in the development of engaging marketing messages for our investors to promote RAM expertise (quantitative investing, AI, ESG, etc.), liaising closely with Sales and Fund Managers.

The candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently yet be a team player. The candidate must also possess a professional demeanor, have high attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication ability, and analytical strengths.

Occupancy (%): 50% (flexible hours for postgraduate and MBA students)


  • Support Sales and Client Services Team in their day-to-day job answering client queries
  • Create, curate and manage content, design, promotion online initiatives (website, blogs, advertising, videos,)
  • Edit and review contents in different language (English, Italian, German)
  • Write compelling content liaising with Fund Managers for investors, media
  • Designing, updating and producing client materials, participating in the improvement of marketing presentation (pitch and layout) liaising closely with the fund management team
  • Develop a strong knowledge of RAM Fund range and distribution activities to support the sales effort
  • Assist on numerous projects to support the marketing and distribution strategy of RAM (Marketing Materials, Events, Investors pitch, competitive analysis)
  • Support the client services team in the production of monthly newsletter (HTML template, website update (monthly comments, edito, etc)
  • Liaise with compliance officer in order to ensure alignment of marketing documentations with distribution rules and guidelines
  • Execute a communications strategy to increase sales by educating and engaging existing and prospective clients


  • Master’s degree in finance or economics preferred
  • Educational qualifications that demonstrate strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in English (French, Italian and German are a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, and Excel; Familiarity with a programming language a plus
  • Effective planning and project management skills
  • Flexibility in outlook; willing to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm
  • Seeks opportunities to take the initiative and provide proactive support to the team
  • Willingness to learn.
