Digital Marketing Communications Officer

We are looking for a new add to our Communications Department to look after Digital Marketing Communications. We are looking for a team player who is creative, innovative, has strong attention to details, can multi-task and is able to excel with limited supervision with a key objective of improving our digital presence and boost brand awareness.

S/he will report to the Head of Communications and will look after the company’s digital presence of RAM. S/he will assist with website maintenance, graphic design, content creation for videos, social media, emails and other channels to reach existing and prospective clients and related stakeholders. S/he will be responsible to monitor and measure the digital strategy effectiveness, to generate reports and provide insights on results and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Create, curate and manage content, design, promotion online initiatives (website, blogs, advertising, videos, infographics);
  • Write compelling content;
  • Measure, analyse, report and monitor KPIs as they relate to business development, conversion, retention, SEO/SEM, industry trends and best practices;
  • Execute a communications strategy to increase sales by educating and engaging existing and prospective clients;
  • Optimize digital content to ensure both search engine visibility and favourable user experiences;
  • Champion the organization’s brand standards, messaging and tone of voice.
  • Manage search engine marketing campaigns (Google AdWords, etc.); 
  • Manage workflow and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent; preferably with experience in finance, asset management would be a plus;
  • 2-5 years of digital marketing;
  • English and French required, Italian is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the web, technology, social platforms, digital advertising platforms, Google and LinkedIn Analytics;
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel);
  • Proficiency in the following technologies is essential to the role: WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML editing software. Must demonstrate competency with graphic design and ability to maintain RAM AI branding and style guidelines;
  • Experience in creative content development and working with vendors and cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to create infographics, animation and other visual marketing and communication assets;
  • Self-motivated to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility; 
  • Ability to take direction and work to meet expected deadlines and schedules.
