Negative Yielding Debt Back to Peak Levels
Central banks asset purchase programs combined with the global search for yield brought back the amount of negative yielding debt to around USD 16 trillion. USD Investment Grade corporate credit spreads are still 34 bps wider than pre-crisis levels, indicating that opportunities are still present, but selectivity and a tactical approach are required at this stage.
